Foggy Bottom Campus, Washington DC
The Organizational Sciences (OS) Fellows Program is a cutting-edge Master's Degree Program, designed to include a highly integrated cohort experience and cross-functional faculty, all of which pushes the boundaries of strategic leadership. Our mission is to deliver an integrated, individual-centered curriculum designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of what it takes for individuals and organizations to excel in a global environment. The Fellows OS Program is unique in that it provides a highly integrated cohort experience for students. An interdisciplinary faculty drives this program, with a foundation grounded in systems thinking. This is a fast-paced, lock-step program using cohort-learning principles, which encourages students to work extensively in integrated student-teams. The Program is designed for the working professional with experience in their institutions, or students with prior working experience. The curriculum is comprised of 12-courses in a rigorous 7-week thematic block format.
A proven program with the military, business, and government organizations, this program is designed to compress the academic study time of twelve courses for the degree, into one year. The faculty work as a core team, in concert with students, to deliver an integrated curriculum, eliminating redundancy in theoretical material, developing effective course objectives, creating integrated assignments, designing a consistent grading schema, and ultimately ensuring the academic integrity of the program. The OS Fellow's Program offers students the opportunity to complete the 12-course curriculum within one-year.
