Meet the Department Chair

Paul Wahlbeck joined the GW community in 1993. His research explores legal change and argumentation, strategic interaction among justices, and institutional development. He is co-author of Crafting Law on the Supreme Court: The Collegial Game, and he has also authored a myriad of publications focused on judicial politics.
