Background
Eric Lawrence is Associate Professor of Political Science with a secondary appointment in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration. His research focuses on American politics, legislative politics, and public policy, and has been supported by a Brookings Research Fellowship and the National Science Foundation. His work has appeared in the American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, Perspectives on Politics, Legislative Studies Quarterly, American Politics Research, and elsewhere. He teaches undergraduate and doctoral courses on American politics, public policy, and research methods.
