Background
I am a second-year graduate student in the Department of Political Science, studying International Relations. I focus on political economy in the developing world, possibly with a regional focus on Southeast Asia. Previously, I conducted research for an undergraduate thesis studying the promotion of sustainable development by international financial insitutions. I also have previous research experience with Professor Chad Rector on the creation of federations. Currently, I am a research assistant for Professor Alasdair Bowie, helping on a project comparing decentralization in Indonesia and Vietnam.
