Psychological Services
The department offers a variety of psychological services to both the university and the greater Washington area. Services are provided by various university organizations and community affiliates. Additional information can be found on subsequent pages, but services range from faculty and employee assistance programs to professional counseling for the general public conducted by doctoral students. Doctoral trainees are supervised by licensed, clinical psychologists. Both long and short term services are available, and fees where applicable can often be assessed based on family circumstances.

Meltzer Psychological Services Center
Providing a variety of mental health services to Washington DC area residents, the Meltzer Psychological Services Center is a training center for the Clinical Psychology program. Advanced doctoral students are supervised by faculty who are licensed clinical psychologists.
