Ivy Ken, along with colleagues from Judaic Studies, History, Landscape Design, American Studies, Public Health, and Anthropology, have been awarded a University Seminar on Food. The Seminar commenced this fall and features public discussions of food-related issues. Spring programming is focused on the theme of Appetite.
